The Oaks Collegiate
The Oaks Collegiate is a close partnership of nine secondary schools in South-West Birmingham which includes Selly Oak Trust School. Established in 2002, the aim of the Collegiate is to provide outstanding education for all learners through collaborative working and support.
The Partnership is committed to raising standards in all its schools by sharing best practice and learning from each other. A recent training day involved over 700 staff from the nine schools working together on inclusivity with expert practitioners from across the country.
Our vision from when we launched The Oaks Collegiate in 2002 underpins all that we do as a partnership and still remains today:
"By sharing our own best practice and learning from others we believe we can improve the education of all the students in our care."
